Job Description:

• Liaison: Interact with GORD, MoECC, PWA authorities
  
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects to meet GSAS sustainability requirements
  
• Sustainability Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to GSAS criteria for energy efficiency, water conservation, materials sourcing, and environmental impact reduction
  
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report compliance with GSAS standards throughout project lifecycle
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate sustainability into design and construction
  
• Quality Assurance: Ensure construction meets GSAS quality standards and requirements
  
• Design Oversight: Manage design phase with architects and engineers to align with project goals
  
• Construction Supervision: Ensure construction work aligns with approved design and meets quality goals
  
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in D&B projects, including contractual, technical, and scheduling risks
  
• Documentation: Prepare GSAS CM and GSAS D&B documentation, including GSAS CMP, Energia, and water suite
  
• Audit Assistance: Support project team with GSAS CM Audit from GSASTrust
